While we aim to deliver 100% of our orders accurately on the first run, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or does not match the approved proof or order specifications, contact your sales rep as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and, when appropriate, reprint or replace the order at no cost to you.
