Ordering and Products

Can I order stickers instead of labels

Yes you can order stickers. Stickers are the only product on our site where pricing is based on the quantity ordered. The more you buy the cheaper they get.

What else can I buy from CBP and TDP besides standard labels

You can also buy stickers, banners, and large format graphics such as building wraps and vehicle wraps. If you need something else just ask.

What label materials does CBP and TDP offer

We offer several BOPP materials including White, Silver or Metalized, Clear, Pearl, and Holographic. We also offer paper labels and more. Looking for something different just ask.

What file formats do you accept for art uploads

We accept print ready artwork in PDF which is preferred as well as PNG JPG or JPEG.

Order Changes and Account Management

Can I change my order after I place it

You can make changes such as updating the shipping address quantity or art files until the order enters production. Once an order is in production no changes can be made. To request a change please contact your sales representative. Once an order has been paid for the shipping method cannot be changed.

How do I add staff accounts or multiple users

To add a staff member click Staff Accounts on the side menu bar and enter the staff members email address. Only the primary account contact can add staff members.

What if I forget my password or lose access to my account

From the login page click the Forgot My Password link. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take to get my labels

Please refer to the UPS Shipping Map below for estimated delivery times.

Can I change the shipping method after ordering

Shipping cannot be changed once an order is paid for. If there is a label emergency reach out to your sales representative and they will do their best to help. Ground shipping is free. If you need to upgrade your shipping you will need to cover the cost.

How can I track my order

Click Orders in the side menu bar and select the order you want to track. Tracking will appear as soon as the order ships.

Pricing and Discounts

Do I get a discount for referrals or repeat orders

We love when people spread the word about Craft Brew Prints. Reach out to your sales representative for details regarding referrals.

Is there bulk order pricing or volume discounts

This is something that sets us apart. You get the best price no matter how many labels you order. There are no minimum order quantities.

What payment methods do you accept

We accept all major credit cards. If you would like to apply for terms click the Credit Terms button on the side menu to complete the credit application.

After Ordering and Order Status

What happens after I place an order

If it is your first time ordering a specific label you will need to approve the digital proof. Once the proof is approved your order will move to production and will ship within forty eight to seventy two hours.

How do I view order history or past invoices

Click the Orders tab on the side menu bar. From there you can view all previous orders and order details.

What if there is a problem with my shipment such as damaged lost or incorrect labels

If your order is lost damaged or incorrect in any way please reach out to your sales representative as soon as possible and they will trigger an expedited reprint.
