We gladly accept print-ready artwork in .PDF (our absolute favorite format), .PNG, and .JPG. Uploading a high-quality PDF is the best way to ensure your labels look crisp, clean, and professional — highly recommended over standard image files.
Always build your design assets at exactly 100% scale. Add a 0.0625″ bleed margin to any background elements, colors, or graphics that extend all the way to the edge of the page.
Any images or rasterized artwork should be set to a minimum of 300ppi to lock in that sharp, high-definition print quality. Our printers offer 1200 dpi resolution output — make sure your art can take advantage of the technology.
All uploaded files should be natively set to the CMYK colorspace. If your project is in RGB, our system will automatically convert it — but keep an eye out, as minor color shifts can happen.
Convert all text and fonts directly to outlines, or compile your layout into a secure PDF package to embed them automatically. Fonts that aren't outlined or embedded won't render properly in the print queue.
